This inquiry into hate in the Covid-19 pandemic includes a focus on, and consideration of, gender-based violence (GBV) as a form of hate (and hate crime). It is believed that this is the first time an inquiry has included this focus in Canada and one of few globally. It is a focus that is timely and long overdue. ![]()
