Join us to learn about the vital role therapeutic dogs play in supporting survivors of gender-based violence during court proceedings. Kathy from Therapeutic Paws of Canada will be joined by JT, a therapeutic dog, to share insights into how these dogs provide emotional support and testimonial aid to survivors as they navigate the intimidating legal system. You will also learn about the services offered by campus organizations to assist students affected by gender-based violence. It's a perfect chance to gather over a FREE cup of coffee or hot chocolate, engage in meaningful discussions, and prepare to join the community in solidarity at the Take Back the Night rally and march at 6 p.m. at Marianne's Park. This event not only promotes awareness and support but also encourages collective action towards creating a safer and more inclusive environment for everyone.💜
