🌈 Pride Month is a beautiful time to celebrate, but true allyship requires actionable inclusion—and one of the simplest, most impactful steps we can take is normalizing the practice of asking for and sharing pronouns. You can’t determine someone's gender identity just by looking at them, and making assumptions can lead to the painful experience of misgendering. When we proactively introduce ourselves with our pronouns and gently ask others for theirs, we strip away the stigma, take the burden off trans and non-binary individuals, and signal a clear green flag of safety and respect.
